Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Holaday Limited (“Reveldays”, “we”, “us”) for your use of the Reveldays app and website. By using Reveldays you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Reveldays turns booking emails you forward or upload into organised trips, and lets you publish an anonymised version of a trip for others to discover and clone. The tracker is free. Reveldays Pro is an optional paid plan that adds features on top of it (see Subscriptions below); nothing included in the free service moves behind it, and we always show the price before you are charged anything.

Subscriptions (Reveldays Pro)

Reveldays Pro is billed either yearly or monthly, at the price shown in Settings › Subscription at the moment you subscribe. Prices include any applicable VAT. Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment processor, on its own secure checkout pages — we never see your full card number.

• Trial. A first subscription may start with a free trial; its length is shown before you subscribe. Stripe emails you before the trial ends. When it ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically at the shown price until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep Pro until then. Nothing is deleted when Pro ends — your trips stay yours on the free plan.
• Right to cancel and refunds. You have 14 days from the day you subscribe to change your mind. You agree that Pro starts immediately; if you cancel within those 14 days we refund any payment made for that period in full — email hello@holaday.app from your account address and we issue the refund through Stripe. The same 14 days applies after each yearly renewal.
• Failed payments. If a payment cannot be taken, Stripe retries it and you keep Pro for a short grace period. If it still cannot be collected, your account returns to the free plan and nothing is deleted.
• Price changes. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
• Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately and deletes your customer record at Stripe.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure, and use Reveldays only if you can form a binding contract (generally 16 or older).

Your content

You keep ownership of the booking emails you send us and the trips you create. You grant us the permission needed to process that content to provide the service (for example, reading a confirmation and filing it into a trip). You confirm you have the right to share what you forward or upload.

Publishing & cloning trips

Publishing a trip is optional and entirely your choice. When you publish, we show an anonymised version — places and a rough budget band, never your identity or exact prices — and other users may clone it into their own draft. Don’t publish content you don’t have the right to share, and don’t include anything unlawful or others’ private information.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Reveldays: no attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no scraping, no uploading malware, and nothing unlawful or infringing.

Automated features

Booking extraction and AI trip plans are automated and may be incomplete or wrong. They’re a convenience, not professional advice — always verify important details (times, dates, prices) against your original bookings and the provider.

Personalisation

Reveldays personalises what it suggests using your own first-party data — the trips you track here, your travel-taste answers and, where you have allowed it, the stops you actually reached. Using your trips and your taste answers starts switched on so the product is useful from your first trip, and each has its own switch in Settings ▸ Personalisation that takes effect immediately. Recording the stops you reached is different: it requires your browser’s own location permission AND a one-time confirmation from you inside the app, and the location itself is processed on your device and never stored on our servers — only the conclusion (which stop, reached or passed, and when). You can erase your taste profile and your visit history from the same place at any time, and deleting your account deletes both. None of this personalisation data is shown to other travellers, published, or used for advertising. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail.

Availability & “as is”

We work hard to keep Reveldays running but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Ending your use

You can delete your email data or your whole account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or harm the service or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Questions? hello@holaday.app.
