Most AI planners hand you a chat message. Reveldays hands you a trip: days, timed stops with a length and a cost band each, a one-line reason for every choice, and a map with pins. It lives in your account, you edit it like a document, and it plans around the flights and hotels you have already booked.
Free to use — no card, no trial. There's a daily limit on AI requests so the free tier stays free; you'll only see it if you meet it, and it resets the next day.
How it works
Say the trip in a sentence
“5 days in Lisbon this October, mid-range, we love food and design, just the two of us.” It reads the length, the month, who is going, the budget words and what you love from that one line, then asks six short questions you can skip.
Pick a budget band and a pace
Shoestring to luxury, described by what it buys rather than a number in one currency. Relaxed, balanced or packed — and the plan honours it instead of cramming every day.
Get a draft trip, then confirm the dates
Days, timed stops, a cost band per stop, a reason for each, a map. It arrives as a draft with placeholder dates; you confirm the real ones in one tap and keep or throw away anything.
What you get
Real places, looked up on a map
It names a bakery or a market that exists, and when it is not sure a venue is real it names the neighbourhood instead. Every name is then looked up on the map, so the plan arrives with pins and directions. A name that does not resolve gets no pin rather than a confident wrong one.
Costed the whole way down
Every stop carries a rough band — free, £, ££, £££ — so a day reads as a costed schedule, not a list of names. The bands are tiers, not amounts, so they mean the same in pounds, euros or yen. It never invents a ticket price; if money matters, it tells you to check.
It plans around what you booked
Forward your booking emails and they file into the trip. The planner treats your flight times, your hotel and the table you booked as fixed and plans the days around them — protected by the code, not by a polite instruction to the model.
Edit it like a document
Redo a single day, swap one stop, fill only the empty days, or clear every AI stop in one action. Every AI stop is marked as AI. Nothing you booked is ever moved.
It learns from the trips you keep here
Where you have been, how long you usually go for, what you actually spent. It shapes the next plan without ever saying ‘based on your history’, and everything it remembers is visible and deletable on one screen. Two switches in Settings turn it off.
Ask it anything about the trip
Once a trip exists you can ask what is booked, what today looks like, what the trip has cost so far, or what to do with a rainy afternoon near your hotel — with its working shown.
Why not just prompt ChatGPT?
You can, and it will write you a lovely five days in Lisbon. Then you paste it somewhere. We give you the trip: days you can carry, a cost band on every stop, the places pinned on a map, and your real bookings planned around. If you already have a plan from a chat, paste it in — it becomes days and stops, faithfully, nothing added.
What it does not do
- It does not quote live prices, totals or availability, and it does not book anything. Cost bands are tiers, not amounts.
- It does not check opening hours or ratings. Our map source records hours for a minority of places, so we do not pretend.
- It does not know everything about you. It learns from the trips you keep here and from what you tell it, and you can see and delete all of it.
- A plan usually takes under a minute. It is not instant, and the wait shows which stage it is at.
Questions
- Is the AI trip planner free?
- Yes. Free to use, no card, no trial. There is a daily limit on AI requests so the free tier stays free; you only see it if you meet it, and it resets the next day. The tracker that files your bookings is free forever.
- Does it know what things cost?
- It gives every stop a cost band — free, £, ££ or £££ — and fits the plan to the budget band you picked. It never invents a price. Once you travel, the money you actually spend is tracked in the trip’s Money tab, and the next plan is anchored to what you really spent.
- Can it plan around flights and hotels I already booked?
- Yes. Forward the confirmation emails and they file into the trip; the planner then treats them as fixed and plans the days around them. It will not suggest the hotel you already booked or move a day you already have plans for.
- Does it work for a trip with friends?
