Group trips fall apart in three familiar ways: nobody has the real itinerary, someone's booking gets buried in a chat thread, and one person ends up chasing everyone for costs. Reveldays fixes the first two today — a shared trip that fills itself in as each person forwards their own booking emails. Whatever you call it, a vacation with friends or a friends' holiday, the planning problem is the same.
How it works
Start the trip
Create a trip and invite the people going, by email. They can open it in a browser — no app download required.
Forward, don't retype
Each person forwards their own flight, hotel or activity confirmation. It's costed and filed into the shared trip automatically.
One shared trip, not five chat threads
Everyone with access opens the same itinerary and map. Confirmation codes and exact costs stay visible only to the traveller who added them — everyone else sees the plan, not the paperwork.
Give people the right access
Not everyone going on the trip needs to edit it. Reveldays has three roles, so you can share the plan without handing over control.

What this doesn't do yet
Reveldays doesn't split expenses between friends yet — that's on our roadmap for the first half of 2027. There's no group chat inside the app either; keep using whatever you already use for that. What it does today: one shared, costed itinerary that fills itself in as bookings arrive.
Questions
- Is planning a trip with friends free?
- Yes. Creating a trip, inviting people and filing bookings is free with no limit. Reveldays earns money only if you choose to book something it suggests to fill a gap in the trip.
- Do my friends need to download anything?
- No. They open the trip in a browser. Adding it to their home screen is optional and takes one tap.
- Can everyone add their own bookings?
- Yes, if you give them the editor role. Each person forwards their own confirmation emails and they file into the shared trip.
- Can I split costs with friends in Reveldays?
- Not yet — expense splitting is planned for the first half of 2027. Today Reveldays shows what the whole trip cost, not who owes whom.
- What do my friends see if I don't want them changing anything?
- Set them as viewers. They see the itinerary and map, with confirmation codes hidden and costs shown only as a budget band.
