Is it safe to forward travel booking emails to a planning app?
Yes, as long as the app only reads what you send it. Reveldays only ever processes the booking emails you choose to forward or upload — never the rest of your inbox — stores them in the EU, and lets you delete them any time.

What forwarding an email does and doesn't give an app access to
Forwarding a single email is different from connecting your inbox. When you forward a confirmation to an import address, that app receives only that one message — it has no way to see anything else in your mailbox unless you've separately granted it inbox access, which is a different kind of connection with its own visible permission screen.
What Reveldays actually keeps, and for how long
Reveldays keeps the booking emails you forward or upload, and the trip details it extracts from them — flights, stays, cars, reservations, dates, places and amounts. The email's content itself is kept for about 14 days, encrypted, so you can ask for a re-check if needed, then it's deleted automatically; after that only the extracted trip details remain. Everything is stored in the EU.
The controls you have
You can delete your email data, or your whole account, from Settings at any time — both remove the underlying data, not just hide it. Reveldays never reads your inbox directly today; a read-only Gmail connection is coming later, once it has passed Google's own security review, and until then nothing connects to your inbox at all.
How Reveldays does it
You forward a booking confirmation to your personal Reveldays import address, or upload the PDF. Only that message is read and filed into your trip — Reveldays never sees the rest of your inbox.
